		<description>Have you ever read the book called Windows of the Soul BY: Ken Gire?  I have not yet, but an Author I was reading; Dan Miller suggested the book.  I also have some on the list by Seth Godin, The Dip, and Linchpin. 

Not sure if you heard of them or not, so I figured I&#039;d throw the titles out to you to see if they were something that would be of interest to you.
