		<description>@Steven - You are absolutely correct....hopefully everyone can get to the point where &#039;Sustaining&#039; becomes &#039;Second Nature.&#039; It&#039;s a long road though that takes a lot of discipline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;@Elroy - Deadlines always have a way of making ugly code suddenly more tolerable don&#039;t they? You&#039;re right though...we&#039;ll wish we took that time early on because it takes longer to fix the problem later than it does to make it right the first time.</description>

		<description>This is a great philosophy to follow for coding and it is done so rarely.  It seems we are always in a rush to get it done that we never take our time to clean it up and get it right.   Then the next time we have to touch it we wish we had taken that time.</description>

		<description>The 5th S should eventually become &#039;Second nature&#039;, imho. Once it does, everything should happen pretty much automatically. By then, you&#039;ve achieved true Zen. I can&#039;t say I&#039;m quite there yet, but getting close to it.</description>
